This was my third order, and you apparently kept my customer information unlike when I tried to place my second order. The replacement came with an adapter so all I had to do was plug that part into the new unit and connect the previous hot wire. It was easy and simple so that anyone could do it.

I waited for the product to arrive. After several weeks I called. Customer service said my order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued. Money was not refunded. Electric Bargain store is a scam site.
